    Beef Stew with Coconut Juice
    The Vietnamese prize this dish for breakfast but you can eat it any time of the day. Like Pho, it is perfect for the chilly day.

    • Beef Fondue
    This is fun dish for a get-together, the tangy lemongrass and ginger broth, steam in hot pot in the middle of the table, surrounded with raw thinly slice beef, rice paper, herbs, dipping and condiments. Cook the beef the way you like, roll in rice paper with others ingredients, then serve yourself.

    • Bo Luc Lac
    In Vietnamese, this means shaken beef. This famous dish is popular in Nam, Beef cut into cube then shaken or sautéed with onion, bell pepper, tomato and fusion sauce served with FF or steamed rice

    This juicy tender beef dish is a fusion of Tikis & Hawaiian marinated beef with a la Toan's sauce skewed with onion, bell pepper, pineapple, tomato, zucchini and mushroom.

    Grilled marinated pieces beef with dark soy & garlic chips served with rum mustard sauce. Order it and I will tell you the story of this dishes’ name.

    • Roasted Chicken Thighs 
     Adapted from a Chinese dish, this chicken is slowly cooked in a mixture of five spices, Chinese cooking wine, dark soy sauce and seasoning until it’s ready for frying. It’s served crispy with sticky rice and fried shallots.

    • Chicken Curry with Sweet Potato
    Stewed chicken with mild curry combine with coconut milk and quick fried sweet potato to make a delicate dish.

    • Pan-seared Duck Breast with Orange Sauce
    Pan-seared until the skin is crispy, sliced then drizzled with an orange honey soy sauce. It’s an elegant duck with a citrus essence.

    • Pan seared Fish with Ginger Dressing
    Choice of rare tuna or a floured, white-flesh fish, pan-seared then served with a ginger, lime, garlic and chili dressing.

    • Steamed Whole Fish with Coconut Milk, fresh Herbs & Cashews
    Coconut milk, fresh herbs and seasoning are poured over the whole or filets of sea bass, flounder, and sheepshead fish and perfectly steamed. Sprinkled with chopped cashews.

    • Stew Fish in Clay Pot
    Large chunks of fresh fish caramelize in a clay pot. The clay pot is popular and present in most Vietnamese meals. It pairs perfectly with fresh herbs and cucumbers.

    • Sautéed Shrimp with Tamarind Sauce
    The sour notes of tamarind sauce combined with sweet caramelized onion make this dish an unforgettable flavor.

    • Grilled Lobster Tail over Thin Noodles, Mixed Salad  The lobster is blanched quickly, then grilled for that smoky flavor, then laid over noodles. The herb and lettuce salad is served with a peanut sauce.
